The Great Cake Company is registered with Mendip Food Standards Agency. We were last inspected in April 2026 and retained our 5* hygiene rating award. You can check this on the Mendip FSA website checker although it does take at least 6 weeks from the inspection for any updates or changes to be reflected on the site.
